It is with great sadness that we have learned of the untimely departure of one of our dearest friends and a chef who stood out amongst us for innovation, creativity and selflessness.

A chef who was amongst the first Train the Trainer in Myanmar and who has given so much to all aspiring chefs in the Golden Land !
